We don’t do fine print. Starting with invoices dated on or after November 1, 2026, new and existing orders will include a fuel surcharge and, in Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana, an EEC fee. Each appears as its own line on your invoice.
Fuel Surcharge
- What it is: A charge that helps offset the cost of fuel for delivering, servicing, and picking up your equipment.
- How it’s calculated: 5% of the order’s rental and service charges, before sales tax.
- Where it applies: Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana.
- When it starts: All new and existing orders, on invoices dated on or after November 1, 2026.
EEC (Environmental, Energy & Compliance) Fee
- What it is: A charge that helps cover the rising costs of proper waste disposal, environmental compliance, and energy (other than vehicle fuel, which the fuel surcharge covers).
- How it’s calculated: 10% of the order’s rental and service charges, before sales tax.
- Where it applies: Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana.
- When it starts: All new and existing orders, on invoices dated on or after November 1, 2026.

Fees described on this page are charged by Doodie Calls to help recover operating costs. They are not taxes, and are not mandated by or paid to any governmental or regulatory agency. Fee amounts may vary by location and may be adjusted with advance notice, which may be given by email, invoice message, or an update to this page. Customers with a signed Proposal or written agreement are billed as that agreement provides. These fees are part of our Terms of Service.
