A general rule is 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. Add an ADA unit for accessibility, and consider a luxury trailer once you’re above 75-100 guests.

Pricing is calculated based on:
- Unit type (standard portable restroom, deluxe flushing unit, or climate-controlled trailer)
- Total rental duration (single day to months)
- Trailers = weekly/monthly rentals
- Construction units = monthly rentals
- Servicing frequency (for long-term rentals)
- Delivery location and distance
- Additional services (generator, water tank, attendant, customization, etc.)

For peak seasons, holidays, and weekend events:
- Advance booking of 2 to 4 weeks is recommended, especially for weddings, festivals, and peak season events
For regular events and off-season:
- Booking 1-2 weeks ahead typically works well
