This SMS Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the text message service (the “SMS Service”) provided by Doodie Calls, LLC (“Doodie Calls”). The SMS Service is designed to communicate delivery and service updates to customers and respond to customers’ inquiries via SMS (“Short Message Service”). By subscribing to or using the SMS Service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Policy.
Collection of Information
Doodie Calls may collect information such as name, phone number, and any other information users choose to provide through the use of the SMS Services. This information is collected for the purpose of providing the SMS Services to the customer.
Use of Information
Information collected through the SMS services will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by the customer including but not limited to:
- Communicating with the User about their account or transactions;
- Improving customer service and support;
- Conducting research and analysis to improve the quality of services; and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Sharing of Collected Information
Doodie Calls will not sell, trade, or rent customers’ information to others. Customers’ information will only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations or with your explicit consent. We do not share SMS messaging opt-in consent with any third parties.
How to Opt-Out
Customers may opt-out of receiving SMS messages from Doodie Calls at any time by texting the word “STOP” to the number from which they are receiving messages. Upon receiving a “STOP” message, Doodie Calls will send a single confirmation message to confirm that the Customer has unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless they opt back in.

Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not exempt Users from receiving other forms of communication, such as emails or direct mail, regarding their account or services provided by Doodie Calls.
Security Measures
Doodie Calls commits to protecting the information of its customers by implementing and maintaining reasonable security measures designed to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of information.
By providing your phone number to receive SMS communications or updates from Doodie Calls, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
